ts.convertCompilerOptionsFromJson in typescript: withdrawn
This correction was withdrawn on 2026-10-21: fix stops using the TypeScript API: compilerOptions are passed unconverted and module resolution is re-implemented by hand (manual review 2026-10-21).
It is kept here so that links to it keep working. Every withdrawal, merge and recheck is listed in the changelog.

- ts.ScriptTarget — removed in typescript 7.0.2
- ts.ModuleKind — changed in typescript 7.0.2
