shape in scipy: withdrawn
This correction was withdrawn on 2026-10-23: transformed.shape → (len(transformed),) + transformed[0].shape works around the changed return type instead of explaining it; the entry did not name what changed. Withdrawn after the external audits of 2026-10-20/21..
It is kept here so that links to it keep working. Every withdrawal, merge and recheck is listed in the changelog.
Current corrections for scipy
- scipy.optimize.nnls — removed in scipy 1.18.1
- scipy.linalg.sqrtm — changed in scipy 1.18.1
